HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone who reads this blog! We have much to be thankful for! We are heading over to my family for the day and I just wanted to leave this photo of one of the most thankful things I have in my life!! I truly don't know what in the world we EVER did before she came around. She consumes our every hour. All my life, I heard how much a child changes your life, until you have one of your very own you have no clue what that statement means. Things that were in important are SO not important to you anymore. Everything is about her and her needs. Children are the most wonderful gift!! I am so thankful that the Lord allowed me to be a MOMMY!! I wouldn't change this journey for anything in the whole wide world!!! I would have only done it sooner!!
Little one is sick!
Our little one is sick. She's been very healthy so far in her life. She's had a few sniffles, 1 pink ear- not an infection I caught it early; but now she has a cough, runny green nose and a little low grade fever. She's in a great mood for breathing through her mouth and having snot run down her upper lip. she has played and still wants to do all the normal things she loves to do. But I can see it in her eyes that she doesn't feel good. I hate it when she's sick. I am staying in pretty much all weekend and not venturing her out at all if I can help it. Hopefully, she will be better by the end of next week. We are heading over to my family for the holidays. I am looking forward to a short work week. Here's a picture of my little precious in her "first Car"!I wrote this yesterday and my picture wouldn't come up so I waited until today to see if it would show up and it did but with that said the little one is doing better not over it but much more active!!!!
Beautiful Toe Nails

Alanna loves to have her toe nails painted, she sits so very still. Here is a picture of her Aunt painting her toes and her sitting still--a rare occasion! She is so stinking cute!
We just did her Christmas pictures tonight they are so Adorable!!! I love one very much. I will not post any though until closer to Christmas as they are suppose to be surprises.
She went to the dr. today too. Everything is great she got 2 pokes though and she knew she was gonna get them too. She was so very pitiful. She had to have her blood drawn and then she got a 1/2 dose of the flu vaccine. I have to take her back next month for the other 1/2. Then she is done until the week after her 2 birthday! Yippee!!!
My Little Drama Queen!
She is so dramatic--she gets that from her Mama! Where did that blond hair come from--is what I would like to know!!! If you know her mommy and daddy they are as dark haired as they come! Well... mommy is getting gray now days!
So glad its over!
I am SO glad the election is over! I got so sick of all the campaigning this year. Now we can answer our phone, our doors and turn on the T.V. without any slamming ads. Yippee! We had fun earlier in the week as we took Alanna up north to see all the Christmas decorations and shopping! She was great! She loved the stores. I think she is ready for Christmas this year! She will have fun seeing all the decorations that mommy and daddy do. I got some of her gifts in the mail the other day and I can hardly stand it! I want to give them to her now! This is so much fun. Its like being a kid all over again. I just got back tonight from JoAnns buying her some jammy material and one other piece of material for an outfit. No, I don't know how to sew but.... after getting settled in my new house I am seriously thinking about taking it up! I could really get into making some cute things for her!!
Wow...A long time!
Its been awhile since I posted anything! Sorry for anyone out there who reads my blog on a daily basis(not that there are any of you people)! Anyways...... We have been quite busy these days. Alanna got to carve 2 pumpkins with her daddy and then we bundled her up and took her outside to see them in the night with the candles going she loved it!We took her to our local mall here and she got to treat or treat--mostly just treat--she loved that. She walked almost the entire time down the mall and when we got to one store she just sat down put both little hands on her knees and looked up at her Daddy. She had had it! He picked her up and we finished the trip on his shoulders. (well.. not we just she) She was a bumble bee. And the cutest one I' ve ever seen! She kept her little hat on the whole time!!! I trained her well. She is enjoying the fall festivites even though this isn't the time of year her mommy likes but there are alot of things happening around this time that we get her involved in!I have Tuesday off from work(you know Election Day-its a union thing) and so we are leaving Monday after work to go up north to take Alanna to see a huge Christmas store, with all the trees decorated and fun things to do. We are coming back on Tuesday evening! I think she will enjoy that. Of course we are going to do a little shopping too.Gotta go for now, will try to post some pictures soon of the cutest bee you've ever seen!
