Baby is sick and doggie had surgery

The baby has a cold and runny nose. Her 1st one since birth. Our doggie had surgery yesterday to reset her broken paw and have her neutered. She's doing well, as well as she can moves slow and whines a little when she needs to lay down. The dr. said it will tone her down a bit. She is a little hyper. We don't know how Harley (the dog) broke her toe. They think she may have put her paw in something and then pulled to get it out. Hopefully she learned her lesson. She hates the paw being bound up in bandages.
We were going to see some friend s in Troy today but..... with a sick child and dog we are staying close to home. Alanna is going to not only look like Daddy but be like Daddy she's not handling being sick very well.
