Been Home

I have been home from work the last couple of days and I love it. I would love to stay at home with my little one forever. Even though I know they don't stay home with you forever. I usually don't envy people but I guess I would have to say that I DO envy those who get the chance to stay at home with their children. I have so much enjoyed the last few days with her. She has a certain routine and she follows it pretty close. Today she got yet another bath in the tub. She liked it better this time. I will have to get her some bath toys so she will like it even more.
Shes down for a nap and I need to get some of the things done that I don't get done when shes up. She got several new toys for her birthday but her absolute favorite thing is her little books. I am so glad that she loves to read and so is her daddy. We have made a area in our living room to be her corner of toys and books and she gets in the middle of all her stuff and looks at all her books most of the time. She turns the pages and mumbles. I think she thinks shes ready to herself. When she brings me a book I stop whatever I am doing to read it to her. I hope her love for the stories never changes.
